Service Scope
The services described in these after-sales service terms apply to motion control cards, expansion modules, human-machine interfaces, and other products purchased through Sike Intelligent and its authorized legal channels in the Chinese market.
Service Items
1. Warranty Period: 12 months.
During the warranty period, if the product experiences a non-human-induced failure, we will provide warranty service. Please contact our sales personnel and fill out the "Repair Application Form" (including key information such as product model, serial number, fault description, special requirements, etc.), and send it to our company. We will complete the repair within the repair cycle and return it to you.
The warranty period is generally calculated based on the shipping date determined by barcode scanning during outbound shipment (if the customer can provide proof of the exact shipping date, that date will be used).
2. Replacement:
Within 3 months from the date of product shipment, if the product experiences a non-human-induced failure, we can replace it with a product of the same model.
3. Lifetime Maintenance:
We will provide customers with lifetime maintenance services. For products that are within the warranty period but do not meet the warranty conditions, or for products that are beyond the warranty period, we provide paid repair services. After the customer confirms acceptance of the repair costs, we will arrange for product repair. However, repair services cannot be provided for products that have been discontinued, or for which repair materials are unavailable, or for returned products that are too severely damaged to be repaired.
4. Repair Costs:
1) For products within the warranty period, repairs due to non-human-induced failures are free of charge;
2) For products beyond the warranty period or damaged by human error, we will charge for the cost of components, labor, and shipping based on the different models and degree of damage; the specific costs will be quoted to you by our sales personnel;
3) Shipping Costs: For products within the warranty scope, we will bear the one-way shipping cost; for products outside the warranty scope, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer;
Situations Not Covered by Free Warranty
1) Product failures caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood, or earthquake;
2) Damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer;
3) Product failures caused by disassembly, repair, or modification of the product by personnel not authorized by Sike Intelligent;
4) Products not purchased through Sike Intelligent's direct sales or authorized legal channels;
5) Products with torn, altered, or otherwise illegible product codes;

维修注意事项
01.为了保障产品维修的及时性,申请维修的所有信息请务必填写准确,若有误,会影响维修进度。
02.维修申请填好后请记录相关产品信息,放在包装箱内随货一起寄至赛科维修中心。
03.请选择能送货至赛科维修中心的快递或者物流(不接收到付件),以免影响维修进度。
04.维修品寄出后,请及时关注进度,若有疑问,请与赛科维修中心收件人联系。
